The space This truly impressive and unique business apartment is situated right in the middle of Cannes’ pulsating city rhythm, and because of its position on the third floor it is possible to live in the middle of the urban life and yet still be too far away from the nightly events to lose your night’s sleep. Furthermore, there are no less than two bathrooms so you’ll never have to wait for a long time before freshing up and getting ready to hit Cannes’ marvellous night life. The cozy living room makes for a great opportunity to throw down on the couch after a long stroll down the shopping streets and relax watching television or make use of the apartment’s wireless internet. The kitchen consists of fridge, freezer and hotplates which provides an excellent opportunity to test the gastronomic abilities cooking delicious French specialties which can be bought in the big, local markets. The apartment is rented by appointment. The starting point is arrival from 10 am and departure before 12 am. On departure the apartment must returned tidy, the refrigerator must be emptied completely, all garbage must be removed, and the furniture must stand as upon arrival. The apartment may be used only for residential purposes. Therefore it is NOT allowed to host parties, receptions or other events in the apartment. If the customer has a specific desire to host an event - possibly in the context of a festival - we are open to finding a solution that satisfies both parties.
