Located in the north of Mauritius, in Pereybère, in a quiet and secure residence, this superb 200 m2 villa, its large gated courtyard and private swimming pool (7 m x 3) is the ideal vacation spot whether you are a couple, with friends and family. The space This fully air-conditioned Villa, has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), 2 shower rooms and toilets, a large bright living room of 50 m2 open to a fully equipped kitchen. The "plus": finished the chore of buying water bottles. This Villa is equipped with a filtered water tap in the kitchen. 10 minutes by "flip-flops": beach, supermarket, bus stop, taxis, pharmacies, exotic fruit and vegetable vendors, snacks, various restaurants, bars, water activities... 5/10 minutes by car: the seaside resort of GRAND BAY, its shops, its hypermarket and shopping center, its restaurants, nightclubs, banks, exchange offices, casino, freshly caught fish stall, leisure and water activities (diving, excursions, high seas fishing, catamaran cruises, etc...). Nearby you will also find other beaches (Trou aux Biches, Pointes aux Canonniers, Mont Choisy, Bain Boeuf, ……….) as well as "nature" and cultural discoveries (the Church of Cap Malheureux, the Botanical Garden of Pamplemousses, the Adventure du Sucre, etc.). 💶TOURIST TAX: From October 1, 2025, the Mauritian government has introduced a tourist tax of €3 per person per night. ******This tax will be collected at your check-in and MUST be paid in EUROS and in CASH. It starts at 9 a.m. * Check-out cleaning included in the rate.
