It offers a private beach and swimming pool staffed by the Chambers Lifeguard Team. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus which picks up all residents outside of their cabins for a ride to and from the beach every 1/2 hour. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant, and a casual grill. *Chamberlands HOA amenities are available July 1 - Labor Day Weekend POLICIES & DISCLOSURES: 1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 9. 2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. 22 Steps from the parking pad, uphill to the property. 4. Main access to the home is through the gable end slider door. 5. The gas BBQ grill is only available in the summer. 6. There is construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance should be expected. 7. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: This TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental has surveillance cameras located on the front deck facing out and on side deck facing out. These have been installed by the rental property owner for security/risk management purposes. We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa. Please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns 8. This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted. Ingress and egress goes through the front sliding door which is on the gable end of the property. 9. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires. 10.
