The house is inside the beautiful Residencial Turístico Las Olas, at the entrance of Barra de Santiago. It is located on the SECOND section/row (Estero side), with private access to the beach, only a 5 min WALK. The house has two independent units. You will be staying on the FIRST floor. Max 8 people (including children/babies). Parking lot for 2 cars (max.). Come and enjoy the beautiful beach in a safe, family oriented residential area with multiple pools. The space FIRST FLOOR * Maximum 8 people (including children/babies) * Parking for 2 cars maximum ($10 per day per additional car paid to the Residential) * 2 bedrooms: * Bedroom 1: 2 full beds * Bedroom 2: One full bed * 1 single size mattress * 1 full bathroom * Smart TV in living room with WiFi * A/C in bedrooms and living room * Wifi * Living and dining room for 6 people * Kitchen: Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, set of plates, pots, and utensils for eating and cooking * Patio: chairs and hammocks * Also for your use: Bed sheets, shampoo, body soap, dishwashing soap, 1 gallon of water, coffee, sugar, and salt. *BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS Guest access Your group will have access to the beach and the Residential pools. The common area in front of the beach has 3 swimming pools (1 for adults, 2 for children), rest areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms. Your group can also use one of the bungalows to eat and rest. The second recreation area is IN FRONT of the house, and has two swimming pools – one for children and one for adults. There are also areas to eat. Other things to note - The are quite a few pupuserias close to the house (5 min drive) - El Chalecito Mexicano, a Mexican restaurant is only a 5 min drive - Town of Barra de Santiago is about a 15 min drive - There is a small convenience store very well stocked of a lot of things, only a 5-7 WALK
