The space El Bulín de Patones consists of four charming rural apartments in Patones de Arriba, one of the most beautiful and unique villages in the Region of Madrid, known for its traditional black slate architecture, its cobblestone streets and its natural surroundings. The complex has four independent accommodations: Granito, Pizarra, Mica and Cuarzo, designed for getaways as a couple, as a family or with children. Granito and Pizarra are two studios located on the ground floor, ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. Each has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, heating and air conditioning. They are cozy, comfortable and functional options to enjoy Patones de Arriba with autonomy and tranquility. Mica and Cuarzo are duplex studios located on the upper floor, with capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. They have a bedroom with two twin beds, a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, heating and air conditioning. Their duplex layout makes them a comfortable and bright alternative for families or stays with children. All apartments have a kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, utensils, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, and Italian coffee maker. They also include bedding, towels, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Upon request, a crib, baby bath and high chair can be provided. Its location allows you to enjoy Patones de Arriba, its charming spots, hiking trails and outdoor activities, all within easy reach of Madrid. A perfect option to get away and enjoy a rural getaway in a special setting. During your stay During the stay, we offer assistance to guests for any questions or problems that may arise. Access to the accommodation is self check-in, so travelers will receive all the necessary information in advance for their arrival, registration, and check-in. We do not live on the property, but we are available through the usual communication channels to assist you before and during your stay. Our goal is for you to enjoy a few quiet days with autonomy and privacy, but knowing that you have our support if you need it. Other things to note It is important to note that Patones de Arriba retains the original layout of a mountain village, with steep, narrow streets with uneven pavement. Vehicle access to the town center is restricted, and parking is mainly reserved for authorized residents and guests staying at establishments in the town, as is our case, always following the directions and the corresponding access procedure. Therefore, we recommend checking the information sent by the accommodation before check-in. Due to the characteristics of the terrain, getting around the town can be uncomfortable for people with reduced mobility, strollers, or travelers with walking difficulties.
