Internet: PLDT FIBER WI-Fi routers inside units with speedtests up to 300mbps, but please note, however, that any system maintenance is handled directly by service providers and is beyond our control. For guests working remotely, we still recommend bringing a backup option just in case, to avoid any inconveniences. Parking: 1 parking slot reserved for your car. Food Delivery: Food Panda and Grab Food For Groceries: Pandamart (food panda app), Grab pabili (Grab app) and we also have local errand riders. Sari sari store walking distance with basic needs, beers, drinks etc. Security: 24/7 CCTV. No curfews, you will be given copies of keys so you can enter the property at your own convenience. Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee is EXCLUDED, we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we strictly enforce, a CLAYGO (clean as you go) policy. CLAYGO is implemented for kitchen and dining areas inside the unit and on our rooftop. You may opt to pay a cleaning fee of P2,000 if you do not wish to clean as you go inside your unit. Guest access 3rd floor unit with NO elevator Exclusive access to your unit with own private entrance, kitchen, dining space, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Shared access to rooftop dining and grilling facilities. Other things to note We have 3 other units available in the same property: Studio unit for up to 4 guests Two 3 bedroom units for up to 10 guests each. *Damages, violations and extra cleaning shall be filed and claimed via Airbnb resolution and Aircover. Please abide our house rules to avoid Airbnb guest penalties. Strict Cancellation Policy by Airbnb: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. * Baguio City Ordinance: Silent Night in full effect, from 10pm to 6am. No loud noises coming from instruments, devices, human noises such as screaming, laughing and partying beyond 10pm. Penalties for violation and eviction without refund for violators. Extended up to 1am for Christmas eve and New Year's eve celebrations. PET POLICY: *PET FRIENDLY (dogs & cats only): Required to enter pets in your booking details. Fee for the first pet will be paid via Airbnb, additional pet shall be paid ₱350 stay for special cleaning thru our Gcash/BDO account *Only small to medium trained pets are allowed, with diapers and non shedding season please. *No pet showers during the stay *Responsible pet owners only *Maximum of 2 Pets per listing only during the stay *This property is for people who love peace, quiet, serenity and family bonding. *We prefer chats through Airbnb app exclusively, we could not answer calls since are most of time traveling abroad as well. But you may call the caretakers their contact numbers are given prior to check in date. *Property is exclusive to booking guests, no visitors allowed to avoid public events and parties to maintain the comfort and privacy of all our guests. *Please see complete house manual for instructions and rules during your stay after confirmation of booking. *Caretaker is only available to assist from 07:00AM to 07:00PM. PARKING GUIDELINES: We understand that parking in Baguio City can be challenging due to its limited space and busy streets. To ensure your convenience, we provide guests with a safe and free parking space whenever possible. •Each booking includes one parking slot under a shared parking system. •You may need to move your car if another vehicle parked behind you needs to leave. Please do not leave your car unattended if it is blocking another guest. •Our caretaker will assist you with parking—please follow their guidance. They will also notify you via message or by knocking when a car needs to exit. **Important Reminders:** ✔ While CCTVs are in place, please do not leave valuables inside your car. ✔ Management is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings while parked on our property. ✔ We may ask you to switch parking slots if another guest has informed us of an early check-out. **Bringing Additional Cars? 🚘** If you plan to bring more cars than your allotted slot, you may park at SM City Baguio for an overnight fee of approximately ₱250–₱300.
