Located in the Marburg district of Cyriaxweimar is this lovingly ecologically built residential unit. It's quiet, a little away from the city. The nearby nature reserve invites you to take long walks. The pretty Marburg city center can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike (charging station for car or e-bike are available). As of January 1, 2026, a tourism tax will be charged in Marburg (€2 per day of stay). The fee is payable on site. The space The apartment is on the first floor of our family home. In the back of the garden, a separate staircase and terrace lead to the separate entrance of the residential unit. Here, you enter the open, light-filled living area with a dining area, kitchen, sofa, and sitting area. To the left of the entrance area is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for a maximum of two more people (sleeping area 140 × 200 cm). At the back of the apartment, there is another small bedroom with a bunk bed (i.e., two single beds, suitable for adults) and the bathroom. Guest access In addition to the spacious living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is a private terrace directly adjacent to the entrance as well as an outdoor seating area in summer. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house. If you want to charge an electric car, you are welcome to do so at the charging station in the carport (at cost). Other things to note The residential unit was completed at the end of 2023. Only ecological and natural building materials were used. Insulation with hemp and cellulose, wood, clay plaster, clay ceiling heating. As a family with five children and a dog, we live in the other part of the 400-square-meter house. There are also four rabbits and 20 chickens in the garden, which like to lay breakfast eggs :-).
