ecological living in the countryside

This lovingly ecologically built residential unit is located in the Marburg district of Cyriaxweimar. It is quiet, a little away from the city. The nearby nature reserve invites you to take long walks. The pretty Marburg city center can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike (charging station for car or eBike are available). The space The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our family house. In the back of the garden, a private staircase and terrace lead to the separate entrance of the residential unit. Here you enter the open, light-flooded living area with dining area, kitchen, sofa and workstation. To the left of the entrance area is a bedroom with a double bed (sleeping area 160 x 20 cm). The sofa can be converted as a sleeping area for max. two more people (sleeping area 140 × 200 cm). In the back of the apartment there is a small bedroom with a single bunk bed and the bathroom. Guest access In addition to the spacious living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is a private terrace directly adjacent to the entrance as well as an outdoor seating area in summer. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house. If you want to charge an electric car, you are welcome to do so at the charging station in the carport (at cost). Other things to note The residential unit was completed at the end of 2023. Only ecological and natural building materials were used. Insulation with hemp and cellulose, wood, clay plaster, clay ceiling heating. We as a family with five children and a dog live in the other part of the 400 square meter house. In the garden there are also three rabbits and 23 chickens that like to lay breakfast eggs :-).
