Full size stainless steel appliances (electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, kids eatery, toaster, mixer and everything in between including a dual Insta Pot-Air Fryer, Ninja Power Blender + Processor, a kettle pot for tea, and a Ninja dual brew coffee bar to start your day right whether you need a cup or an entire pot :). Not to mention, we provide a starter pack of basics to get you going. The Bedrooms All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a king bed with its own bathroom, smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is the smallest of the three with a queen bed, closet, chair and smart TV. A well-appointed bedroom 3 has two twin beds, smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet and plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Pack and Play or High Chair may be available upon request. Please send an inquiry. The Bathrooms Bedroom 2 & 3 shares a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. While the half bathroom is conveniently downstairs. The bathrooms and laundry have towels, wash cloths, make-up towels, hand towels, ironing board, iron; and a starter supply of toiletries to include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets and starch while supplies last. Outdoors You'll have full access to our property in the Alamo city with a small fenced - sloped backyard and no rear neighboring homes. It features a covered patio with seating for two people and a propane grill, making it easy to cook up a TX BBQ. Need the kids to burn off a little energy? Enjoy access to the community park with a slide and swing just up the street. Note this is a no pets/animals property. Baby Items Please send an inquiry upon booking if the pack and play or high chair is needed for your stay, so delivery and assembly can be done in advance. These items are not in the property automatically. You can also place any breakables in the cabinet to minimize potential breakage from some of the fastest hands on the planet :). Guest access The townhome is located in a gated community in the extended Alamo Ranch area with 24hr access during your stay. Note San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the country and this zip code was the fastest growing area last year, so there will be traffic. Park in the driveway directly in front of the unit's left garage. The right side is reserved for the unit next door. Limited extra parking is available in the spaces across the street from the unit. The entire space is yours except access to the garage, attic and pantry but there is plenty of cabinetry for your food items. Garage is not available for guest stays under 28+ days; however pre-authorization is available for guests requesting usage of the Electrical Vehicle (EV) plug. EV charging cable is not provided. Please send an inquiry to request as access must be pre-coordinated. Other things to note This is an HOA community and is a no animals, no parties or large gatherings and no smoking property. Therefore the HOA may be fine units for violating community rules. Guests are responsible to reimburse charges if so and proof will be shared. Examples are noise complaints, parking on sidewalks, excessive trash or noise, etc.
