Historic 3 bedroom miners cottage in central Ararat with large garden. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 7 with trundle bed. Well stocked with DVDs, books & board games. Relax in the garden or listen to an LP from the record collection. Occasional visits from the neighbours' chickens. 10 minute walk to the cinema, 15 to the art gallery. 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed & 1 with 2 singles & trundle bed if requested (see photo for room set up with trundle). 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. Other things to note Re disability access: there is no step to Bedroom 1. There is an approx 10cm step between the lounge and the kitchen, and an approx 5cm step between the kitchen and bathroom. All doors standard width. No safety rail in the shower.
