The space This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo located at Sea Cabin in Cherry Grove of North Myrtle Beach. It is a 3-story walk up with oceanfront views and sounds of the ocean with sleeping for 5 people. There is not an elevator located on this property. Kitchen and Living Room * The Kitchen is well stocked for all you cooking needs. * Coffee bar with coffee pods with syrup to enrich the beginning of your day. * The loving room is spacious and features coastal themed decorations with a twin sleeper sofa * 55 inch Smart TV * The balcony overlooks the ocean. * The condo includes WIFI, Cable TV and a Washer and Dryer in Unit. Master Bedroom and Bathroom * Master Bedroom - overlooks the ocean with a King size bed and attached bathroom which as been updated with new fixtures, lighting, paint and mirror. * The King bed has a memory foam mattress pad for extra comfort. Mattress and pillows are covered with a waterproof protection for cleanliness. * 32 inch Smart TV * Ceiling Fan Hall Bathroom * Updated with new fixtures, lighting, paint and mirror. 2nd Bedroom * Queen size bed with memory foam mattress pad for extra comfort. * Mattress and pillows are covered with a waterproof protection for cleanliness. * 32 inch Smart TV * Ceiling Fan Guest access You can access the community pool. Sea Cabin guest have private entry point to the beach. The guest will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owner's closet in the hallway and also in the closet of the 2nd bedroom. Other things to note Please note, the entire unit is non-smoking, non-vaping including the balcony. Minimum age of 25 to book our property Sorry, no pets in the unit due to HOA rules. The pool is accessed by magnetic keys and there will be a $150 fee per key to replace if the keys are not left on the counter when checking out. Two Vehicle parking passes are provide in the condo when checking in. Parking Passes need to be displayed in each vehicle. Guest will need to bring beach items, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys. These items will not be provide. No trailers, boats or motorcycles are allowed on the premises by renters. Lastly, please note that the private pier was damaged by a recent hurricane and is closed until further notice. **Owner is not responsible and will not give reimbursements for any temporary unavailability, maintenance, or repairs of amenities. Owner will make reasonable efforts to address any reported issues with amenities, but Renter acknowledges that there may be delays or limitations in addressing such issues.**
