Cruise around on the golf cart to discover rec centers, pools, golf courses galore, and pickleball courts. The squares certainly won't disappoint with their restaurants, shopping and nightly live music. Guest access The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Other things to note This house is - PET FREE - NO PETS EVER - MEDICAL Exemption - Life Threatening Medical Condition if exposed - No ESA Pets - No Service Pets - The Pool is NOT to be heated. The pool is available, but the POOL is not heated and only for use during warm months. It is not 'advertised' as a "heated" pool! The spa may "heated" to a warmer temperature, but only the spa and only while in use. If the required Spa use parameters are not met - additional fees will be incurred to cover the excessive heating. Please remember to turn it off when not in use! WINTER Months (January/February/March/April) MUST be booked for the entire month (ONLY February or ONLY March). Straddling the month or booking a partial month is not available. There are two externally facing cameras for safety purposes, one at the front door and one facing the pool on the back lanai/birdcage. These cameras may not be disabled at any time and are used for pool and landscaping monitoring. The Master Bedroom has a Split/Adjustable King Bed Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
