Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Guest access Full access to Entire Property with the exception of locked basement rooms. Other things to note There are about 15 steps to the waterfront from the top of the property. We do have three security cameras - one faces the driveway in the front of the home and one overlooking the dock as we need to make sure there is no damage due to weather, and for snow conditions. Lastly, there is a doorbell camera. While our hydro & internet is typically reliable, we can not guarantee that they won't stop working during your stay. We will not be held responsible for outages for any reason. Please note: A $500 refundable security deposit is required and is collected separately from Airbnb. A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card the day before check-in and released after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Registration details RA2024-013-R2
