To preserve the calm and comfort of the lakehouse, parties and events are not permitted. Guest access Full access to Entire Property with the exception of locked basement rooms. Other things to note There are about 15 steps to the waterfront from the top of the property. We do have three security cameras - one faces the driveway in the front of the home and one overlooking the dock as we need to make sure there is no damage due to weather, and for snow conditions. Lastly, there is a doorbell camera. While our hydro & internet is typically reliable, we can not guarantee that they won't stop working during your stay. We will not be held responsible for outages for any reason. Please note: you will be required to pay a $500 refundable damage/security deposit once you have confirmed your reservation.
