The Cottage is located in the popular village of Shouldham, dating from 1850s the property is a cosy traditional country cottage. The Cottage has a large pretty private garden and off road parking for two vehicles. The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the community run village pub. The village sits on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a beautiful forest with wonderful woodland trails to walk or cycle. The Cottage is in a perfect location for exploring both the country side and the Norfolk coast. The space The cottage has been lovingly restored, to create a warm, traditional and welcoming feel. Outside at the rear of the cottage is a secure garden and courtyard areas, with a variety of seating areas that can be enjoyed for alfresco dining, drinks or reading a good book! There is parking on the driveway for up to two large vehicles. The downstairs layout of The Cottage; Garden room- table and chairs set up for 4 people. Two additional chairs and the table can be extended (in the cupboard under the stairs) Downstairs Cloakroom/Toilet- Toilet and hand basin, washing machine, tumble dryer and mop/dustpan storage. Kitchen- fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher (no microwave).
