The Cottage has a large pretty private garden and off road parking for two vehicles. The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the community run village pub. The village sits on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a beautiful forest with wonderful woodland trails to walk or cycle. The Cottage is in a perfect location for exploring both the country side and the Norfolk coast. The space The cottage has been lovingly restored, to create a warm, traditional and welcoming feel. Outside at the rear of the cottage is a secure garden and courtyard areas, with a variety of seating areas that can be enjoyed for alfresco dining, drinks or reading a good book! There is parking on the driveway for up to two large vehicles. The downstairs layout of The Cottage; Garden room- table and chairs set up for 4 people. Two additional chairs and the table can be extended (in the cupboard under the stairs) Downstairs Cloakroom/Toilet- Toilet and hand basin, washing machine, tumble dryer and mop/dustpan storage. Kitchen- fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher but no microwave. Sitting Room- 2 sofas (to seat 5) and foot stool, a wooden chair, television and a traditional inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove (please note- logs, coal and fire lighters are not supplied). Upstairs layout- Bedroom 1- king size bed and wardrobe storage Bedroom 2- double bed and wardrobe storage Bedroom 3- single bed Bathroom- toilet, bath and shower Please note that this is a non smoking/vaping property. The award winning King's Arms Community Pub/Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away via a public footpath, the pub is family friendly.
