Ideal for large groups or multiple families, the home sleeps up to 16 guests with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. The perfect base for your next city getaway! The space You can enjoy both comfort and style in this home that features three living areas, creating the perfect setting for socialising and relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, as well as all of the essentials needed including gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and an abundance of pots, pans, utensils and even a variety of cooking oils and spices so you simply need to bring. your ingredients. The dining area has a large, custom made dining table with seating for 10 (although you could probably squeeze a few more as we supply 16 dining chairs in total). There are also 4 bar stools around the kitchen island bench. The entire dining area, kitchen and living room are open plan with high ceilings and windows, giving plenty of natural light to create a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. There are 2 sets of bifold doors that open directly out into the backyard, which features an abundance of stunning native greenery, fish pond and striking and stylish concrete outdoor dining table to enjoy alfresco dining under the cafe lights. When it comes to sleep, all of our beds are equipped with brand new, high quality and luxurious bedding linens and doonas. We have flexible bedding configurations depending on the size and nature of your group Downstairs: The front of the house has 2 bedrooms on opposing sides of the hallway, featuring a queen bed and two single beds, ideal for parents who want to stay close to the kids. Further down the hallway is the master bedroom which includes a separate ensuite and large walk in robe. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with brand new high quality bedding. The bed is a hotel style king bed which can actually be split into two single (twin) beds, just please let us know how you would like the beds made up upon booking. There is also a pull-out sofa bed that converts to a double bed in the 2nd living room downstairs, which is great if you have unexpected guests or late RSVPs to your travelling party. Upstairs: There are 2 queen bedrooms each with access to the balcony that overlooks the luscious backyard. There is also a separate bathroom and living room upstairs, as well as a dedicated office area with 2 monitors in case you want to plug in your laptop to catch up with your emails. Located in the heart of Seddon, our home offers easy access to trendy cafes, local attractions, and the vibrant community. It is only a few minutes walk from the Charles St/Victoria St shops and cafes in Seddon, and also the richly historic Anderson St shops in Yarraville. Guest access You’ll have private (not shared) access to the entire property aside from the shed in the back garden where we lock it for private storage and cleaning supplies Other things to note Please note that we have sufficient bedding and linen for up to 10 guests. If you would like additional guests above this amount, we can provide extra linen for the pull out sofa bed (2 guests) as well as provide 2 high quality inflatable mattresses with linens, pillows and blankets which can be placed in the living room/rumpus room etc. BOND PAYABLE FOR HIGHER RISK BOOKINGS Please note additionally that if you - are a guest that does not have any prior reviews - are booking a one night stay; or - are booking last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) a $500 bond/security deposit is payable to reflect the higher risk in booking. This security deposit is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided that the house is returned in good condition and the house rules are observed.
