Last house & only house actually ON the marshwalk! - 3.2 miles from the Pier at Garden City The space Step into your home away from home where your relaxing vacation awaits you! The home is located on the waterway with mature oak trees offering ample shade for those warm summer days. Take in the beautiful sights and the sounds of nature from the rocking chairs on the porch. Dine al fresco at the 12-foot picnic table. Enjoy endless fun activities from the dock. Head next door to the adjacent Perry's Bait and Tackle where their staff can help arrange fishing charters and boat rentals and you can use the fish cleaning station to prep your daily catch. Grill your fresh catch on the provided grill. Relax inside at the end of a fun filled day and stream your favorite shows or movies from the Smart TVs. The LAB shack has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms: - Bedroom 1: King sized bed - Bedroom 2: King sized bed - Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed - Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed - 3 full bathrooms - Fully stocked kitchen for preparing and enjoying your meals from home - Smart TVs - Washer and dryer -Keurig coffee maker NO BOATS PERMITTED. No room for parking and boats can not be parked at the home's marina. Public boat ramps nearby. Guest access The entire home and yard is yours for the duration of your stay. The dock is Public and shared with the E-Fishin-Sea Studio. Other things to note Due to the size of the dock as well as the tide tables, we cannot allow boats to be docked for the duration of a stay. However, you are fine to unload/load people or items to/from your boat from the dock.
