It is modern and spacious. The living room opens onto a magnificent terrace with a heated private swimming pool all year round where you can sunbathe on the deckchairs, have an aperitif on the sofas or dine (electric barbecue). An outdoor private jacuzzi is now available :) Being close to the center, the house is on a quiet hill and surrounded by nature. You can park two or three cars in the residence parking lot. Disabled access is via elevator to the entrance of the villa. Guest access The rental covers the entire villa. You have access to the terrace and the garden. On the bottom terrace, you will find a private relaxation area with a brand new outdoor spa.
