Three historic, newly renovated, and secluded cabins with 7 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 kitchens, perfect for a family reunion or two families! These lovely cottages provide everything you need for a quintessentially Maine vacation. The Boathouse literally sits atop a secluded cove in Casco Bay, and the other two cottages are steps away, and all share private float access to the ocean and a private trail system on 21 acres. The cottages are private, and quiet. Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. The space This 100-year-old structures has been completely renovated in 2023 and feature new furniture, modern kitchens and original art. A new shed on the property contains a laundry as well as three bicycles for guest use on the local roads and around the nearby Sebasco Harbor Resort. Golf, tennis and other activities are available there. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for rental from a local company that delivers and picks up. A private trail system on our 21 acres connects to a trail system maintained by the adjacent resort. Guest access Guests have shared access to the float and small sandy beach that forms at low tide, as well as to the laundry and bicycles found in the shed. The newly built trail system affords access to the property's 21 acres and to nearby lookouts. The cottages are at the end of a private dirt road, and are secluded and quiet. Other things to note The adjacent 21-acre forest has a stream and newly built trails. The private ramp and float affords easy access to the sandy cove at low tide (search for crabs!) and to the water for swimming at high tide.
