I cordially invite you to visit my 136 sqm vacation apartment, which is only 10 minutes by car from the center of the beautiful city of Idar-Oberstein. This apartment is decorated in Mediterranean style without losing the essence and memories of the family that built it with so much love and lived in it for many years. Our guests are kindly requested to care for and enjoy the house with the same love and respect as we do. The space This is a great house to spend a nice time with the family. Keep in mind that in this house the bedrooms are next to each other. To enter bedrooms two and three, you have to go through the master bedroom. Therefore, this house is suitable for families and friends. (If you are traveling professionally in a group, please check out my other apartment FeWo AnLo Dickesbach, where you have three independent bedrooms.) Please note: There are 3 beds for adults - Bed 1: 200 x 200 - Bed 2: 140 x 200 - Bed 3: 90 x 200 !!! Bed 2 and bed 3 are in the same bedroom. - Bunk bed for children: 70 x 170 - Sofa bed in the living room 140 x 200 - Folding bed in the living room 90 x 200 No smoking in the house. This house has a large balcony where you can enjoy your cigarettes or cigar. For stays longer than 5 days, a washing machine is also available to you. Dogs are welcome. The living room is large enough to set up a dog bed and they can sleep comfortably there. However, dogs should not climb and/or sleep on the sofa and bed. Guest access The apartment on the 2nd floor is still being renovated and is therefore a construction site and unsecured. Please do not go into the apartment above, especially your children. You can park on the opposite side of the street or down the street on the right in the courtyard. When driving out of the courtyard, please be careful about the road traffic. Therefore, I recommend parking on the opposite side of the street if there is space. Other things to note Please sort garbage correctly, otherwise a surcharge of €50 will be charged. Shortly before your stay, I will send you pictures with information for the correct waste separation.
