Our apartment is compact but fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You’ll find two single beds, a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine, air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi, and a closet—everything you need to relax and prepare for the next day. Just a 5-minute walk to Nishi-Shinjuku-gochome Station (Oedo Line) and about 25 minutes on foot to JR Shinjuku Station. Please note that your stay will be governed by a fixed-term residential lease agreement in accordance with Japanese law. Other things to note Please note:as the building is wooden, you may occasionally notice sounds from upstairs. While this is part of the building’s character, complimentary earplugs are provided.
