However, we guarantee that all necessary amenities are provided to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Guest access Full Access to whole house, POOL (NOT HEATED), back yard, two car garage and driveway PLEASE NOTE: There is an outdoor pool. There could be tree leaves, flower petals and similar organic debris present in the water. The pool surface may have some wear and tear that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. There is a pool maintenance company scheduled weekly. We cannot be held responsible for nature made debris in the pool or wear and tear damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. There is a pool cleaning net available for every guest to use and clean such debris between regular pool maintenance services if they feel necessary. MAIL- We provide mailbox key only for the guest who will extended stay of 30 days or more. Small letter, it may be delivered to the mailbox, The guest should open a postal mailbox P .O box for shorter stay. Other things to note For our guest enjoyment we offer several luxury corporate/vacation properties in the area very similar in size and amenities. Please inquire about other short or long term luxury vacation/rental properties in the area Please note: Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank for a full one at a nearby gas station. We will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the refill. Refund: Guest shows receipt for the propane tank refill. Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation. Refrigerator Please note: For the safety and discretion of our homeowners, if the refrigerator has an icemaker, the icemaker in the refrigerator has been purposely disconnected. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker's function as it is not intended for guest use. -Please note that there will be landscape services scheduled every Wednesday of the week. - The Palm house pools are serviced every Monday by Steve, -This property has multiple coffee machine options at the coffee bar.
