Welcome to Roddy Wilderness, a spacious and serene dwelling located within close proximity to Laural Falls, Pocket Wilderness, Watts Bar Lake, and the Tennessee River. Take pleasure in indulging in a cup of coffee on the rear veranda while enjoying the delightful melodies of chirping birds and rustling leaves. This tranquil abode offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space Upon entering the home, you are walking into an open floor plan of a spacious living room and kitchen. The house has three bedrooms with closets and dresser space. Upstairs houses two full baths, one of which resides in the master suite. The master suite gives access to the back deck which sits under hundred-year-old trees full of nature’s creations. Downstairs opens into a large family room full of activities or peaceful privacy. There is a laundry located there with a half bath. The downstairs opens to a back porch. Guest access The entire house is of guest use. Easy checkin with keyless entry. Other things to note 🎈Parties or Events are allowed, but they must be announced at booking. 🚭 This is a NO SMOKING HOME. If you must smoke, please do so at the fire pit in the lower area of the back yard. If smoking is noted to have been within 50 feet of the home, we will imply a $300 fee. 🔞No illegal substances or underage drinking on premises 🤕Guests agree to pay for any Damages incurred during their stay 🚯NO LITTERING. Do not litter the outside space with trash. 🔅Please treat our things and home like you would treat your things. Please, no food or drink downstairs on the carpet. 🐩🐕 You MUST declare your dog with your party at reservation! No more than 2 Dogs unless approved, see dog rules. Dogs should be crated if owners are not on the property. There is a large dog crate provided on the back patio which could accommodate up to two dogs. Also, we can give information regarding dog boarding at a couple of local facilities. Dogs should have up to date Rabies vaccination per local animal control regulations, along with leashing as there is a leash law in our city and we have livestock on the property. We ask each dog to have a flea/tick treatment onboard. Guests are fully responsible for their dogs and accept any risks for example with wildlife, livestock and roads.
