The Warren has two levels: a main level and an upper level. The main level has the entrance, living room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and main bedroom. The upper level has the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. While we encourage celebration, according to our good neighbor policy, this is not a party home. --- Shared Walls & Quiet Hours --- This home is a duplex, with a single structure footprint housing two separate units: The Warren at Roanoke and The Frances at Roanoke. Each unit functions as its own dwelling and is fully separated, with private entrances, interior spaces, and exterior spaces. If you are joining us in one unit, rest assured you will not be sharing any interior or exterior spaces with the other occupants, however as with a duplex, vertical and horizontal walls separate the two units and are shared. This home was originally built in the 1950s. You may hear guests in the back unit moving around on the main and lower levels of the home. The shared horizontal walls are located below the Master bedroom and below the main level. The shared vertical walls are located along the main level bathroom, the laundry room, and the kitchen. We appreciate our guests being mindful of their noise level and respecting the property’s quiet hours of 9pm-7am. --- Shared Driveway --- The Warren at Roanoke is located in front of another property that is a flag lot, meaning another home sits behind The Warren. Guests of The Warren will not need to use the driveway to access The Warren or the reserved parking, but we wanted to share that the driveway was present in case you noticed cars using the driveway during your stay. Guests of The Frances at Roanoke (the back/lower unit of the duplex) and the neighboring property use the driveway. We appreciate your understanding. --- Families --- We love hosting families, and we cannot wait to host yours. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity. The gas fire pit provided is for your enjoyment and is permitted to use. If there is a fire ban, the firepit will be removed. --- Non-Smoking Home --- The Warren at Roanoke is a non-smoking home.
