This includes special attention to frequently touched surfaces for your health and safety. The house features a central HVAC system, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Please be aware that if you wish to have the pool/spa heated, an additional fee will apply. Rest assured, our team is available to assist you. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior, the following listed below are strict rules. - NO late night noise outside. Quiet Hours are strictly enforced (10pm to 7am). We appreciate your consideration and ask that you be mindful and respectful of our neighbors during your stay. - NO smoking of any kind (inside & outside) - Noise & smoke is monitored and are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Violation will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down immediately and a fine will be assessed. There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. IDs will be requested for verification upon arrival. All bookings over 30 days in length require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
