The cozy room with a double bed, a smart TV, a desk and chair for your working space. Only about 15 minutes drive to downtown Montréal or Trudeau International Airport. The area is very quiet and convenient with everything you need (stores, restaurants, groceries, and bus stop are all in walking distance). This room is peaceful and centrally located. The space We aim to provide an affordable, convenient accommodation with full amenities for those travelling/new to Montréal. The entire place is fully equipped everything on bedroom/kitchen/toilet/living room so will not need to buy anything, just come with your suitcases. Guest access You will expect to have: - Private bedroom with private lock, SMART TV, and working space - Private balcony with table and chair - Very high-speed WiFi at 650Mbps - Free parking on the street 24/7 in front of the door - Flat-screen - smart TV - Laundry (shared laundry, only on specific time) Other things to note 1. Parking: You are also good to park for free during the night on the street in front of the house. However, please pay attention on the sign regarding some restricted hours on summer due to road cleaning schedule by city (April 1 to Dec 1 - on every Tuesday and Thursday 2 hours in the afternoon) Please let me know if you find any difficulty finding parking so I will be able to assist. 2.
