Feel like royalty! Be the queen or king of our double wide trailer when you stay at Peggy’s Place. The whole family has room to spread out and come together in our fun and cozy space. Peggy’s has everything our guests need to kick back and unwind. Most anything you would need to prepare meals for the family is at your fingertips. Located close to Asheville, Appalachian Trail, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, there is something for everyone to explore and enjoy within a short drive. The space Peggy’s Place is lovingly named for my late grandmother Peggy and has been a place where I made wedding cakes. We have decided to share the space with families vacationing in the mountains. We hope that your family will create special memories here on your stay. Entering the home, you will walk into a large living area with space to come together. Play board games, watch tv, or just unwind on the plush velvet furniture. Meet Charles Gordon the frog butler that will hold your beverage as you lounge on the sofa. Our kitchen will have everything you need to make a meal or bake a cake! A large dining room table will fit up to 6 people with a leaf insert located in the closet if more room is needed. The main bedroom has its own large private bathroom suite. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home with a shared bathroom. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer for use. We provide all the essentials! From laundry soap to toilet paper. There is a grocery store within 5 miles from the home so you can stock the fridge. Guest access The closet in the rainbow room is used for storage and will be locked. Anything that doesn’t have a lock on it is yours to use. Other things to note The driveway is intimidating but not as scary as it looks. You just need to not go too fast or hesitate when turning in and you will be fine. Stay closer to the bank when turning in and that will help.
