Location Our new cottage (built *contact info removed* is located in the old town in Tönning, about 50 m from the harbor and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) swimming beach are only about 1500 m away. You can reach St.-Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches in about 20 minutes by car (22 km). Shopping and great restaurants are nearby. The amenities The well 140 sqm cottage inspires with its high-quality and elegant furnishings. The open, very well equipped kitchen offers you an induction cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bright dining area invites you to beautiful hours in a convivial atmosphere overlooking the beautifully landscaped, partially fenced garden. The shower room on the ground floor and the utility room with a washing machine and dryer complete the picture. A wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor with three bedrooms: The large bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (180 180 x x) and TV and has a balcony, smaller bedroom with a box spring bed (x 160) and TV, another with two high quality single beds and a dressing room. All the windows in the sleeping rooms can be darkened with pleats and blinds/curtains. A highlight is the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet and large sauna. Another staircase leads to the spacious, bright living area with TV, a cozy sofa corner and two balconies. If you want to retreat to work, you will find your desk overlooking the spacious balcony. Garden furniture is available on the protected terrace. The partially fenced garden invites you to linger and grill. In the garage you can play an exciting table tennis match with your family. Features The floor heating in the entire house gives you a cozy feeling of space. We will be happy to provide you with Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Depending on the time of day, you can use and enjoy the balconies with seating next to the terrace. Parking is available in the courtyard. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be booked in the optional services.
