The space Perfectly situated in the center of Ponte Vedra Beach (PVB), it is a short walk to V's Pizza/Julep, Valley Smoke, Barbara Jean's, American Legion, and the Intracoastal Fishing Pier. It's less than 2 miles to the TPC / PGA Tour World Headquarters and 4 miles to Mickler Beach. Downtown St Augustine and the Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium are just 30 minutes away. Other things to note Please note that this is a tiny house with one queen loft bed. Please consider this if you are much taller than 6' (shower is 6' 2") and climbing into the loft doesn't sound fun, although it really is! :^) We do not have a washer or dryer, but Martin’s Cleaners is one and a half miles away and offers full-service laundry by the pound.
