Single Room in Chichester

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable single room with shared bathroom. The space The single bed has cotton bed linen and there is also a fast wireless broadband. A tray with tea and coffee facilities is provided in the bedroom. There is also access to a downstairs sitting room with TV, as well as seating in the garden. Guest access We have a side alley with locked gate so bikes can be stored off road at night. There is parking available in the drive for 2 cars and Free parking on the road from 9pm to 9am. During your stay We look forward to meeting our guests and sharing our home with you. In addition, we are able to give advice on the local area such as restaurants, theatres, art galleries to visit etc. and hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We can also provide advice on cycling and walking routes within the area. Other things to note Please message us if you have any queries in advance of your stay. No smoking in the house.
