Grocery store just around the corner. 10 minute walk to boat docks. Buenos Aires just 1 hour away by boat. Walking distance to downtown beaches. Ferrando beach (one of the nicest beaches) is just a 20 minute walk away ( 5 minutes by car, or 10 minute bike ride) The terrace has a grill where you can do wood BBQs.
