Our cozy, solidly built guest house is located in a quiet residential area in the spa town of Bad Nenndorf and offers a fully equipped stay for our guests. The house is located as an annex on our property and can be used completely independently there. Downtown and the spa gardens are a 15-minute walk away. A large field and natural landscape is in the immediate vicinity. We look forward to seeing you soon! Alina and Christoph The space Note: As of October 2024, with a new terrace and a new solid wood bed. There is a large living/sleeping area, as well as a private kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed has a comfortable width of 1.80 m. A reading chair and a functional wood-burning stove in the living area provide cozy comfort in addition to the underfloor heating! A large smart TV (large selection of TV programs via "waipu") including Wi-Fi is also available to our guests. A private terrace and a private garden area are also available. At the beginning of the stay, fresh towels, a fully made bed, a small amount of firewood for the fireplace, coffee capsules for the existing Nespresso machine and a bottle of water are available in the accommodation. Furthermore, the house has extensive kitchen and living equipment. The landlords live in the immediate vicinity and can usually respond very quickly to inquiries and requests from guests. Guest access The vacation home is a separate annex with its own entrance. The vacation home is completely at the guests' disposal, with the exception of the attic. Other things to note Except for a small step in front of the front door (about 10 cm), the house is completely at ground level.
