7 triangle ranch cabin

welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly! The space 10 miles east of Gunnison off of US HWY 50, you will find our quiet ranch. you need a gate code to access our property so if privacy and security are your concerns, you will have that here! peaceful and private sums it up! Guest access in addition to the bedroom, the couch pulls out and an extra comfy foam mattress topper is included to make it the best pull out you have ever experienced. you have a large parking area, a fenced yard, patio, chiminea, and great views. you are welcome to walk your dogs on the long driveway and on hay meadows. if you would like to meet the horses while you are here, just ask us while we are out and about doing chores. please be sure your dog is leashed while outside the fenced yard to prevent any issues with barn cats, cattle or horses. Other things to note since we are a working cattle ranch, ask before going thru gates or out into pastures. the horses may be friendly, but the bulls are not. just make sure highway gate closes behind you when leaving property as horses on the highway are our worst nightmare!
