Casa Coqueiro - The best view of the beach!

Amazing view, facing the sea! A cozy and comfortable house, ideal for family or group of friends. You will enjoy the beautiful view, in the company of the wind and blue sea. “There's a village there Where it blows a good wind On the balcony, who rests Watch the horizon lie on the floor" Please read through the rules and notes for reservations. : ) The space The house has 6 bedrooms, all with split air conditioning, 4 suites, and a separate bathroom. One of the suites has an independent entrance. Children up to 3 years old no charge. All rooms are with twin beds. The house has a spacious room, with space for games and meals. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets. Outdoor area with balcony and barbecue, an ideal space for socializing with family and friends looking out at the sea. About safety: The house has railings in the doors and windows. It is essential to keep the street and beach gates closed and lock the doors and railings of the house at night and when they are away. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire home, respecting the limits with the neighboring houses, especially the pool. We have outdoor area with barbecue, parking in the back of the house, for up to 4 cars (it is not allowed to climb with large vehicles such as buses). Beach access is by a concrete staircase of plus or minus 20 steps. Other things to note Accommodation beyond capacity is not allowed. If you are disobeyed, a fine will be charged. Parties and events are not allowed. It is not allowed to use the areas of the neighboring houses, especially the pools. Large vehicles such as buses and vans are not allowed to park inside the property. We ask that the towels be reused. Children who still pee on the bed should wear a diaper in order not to damage the mattresses. It is not allowed to light bonfires or release any type of flammable object inside the property.
