The space Our coastal-style modern four bedroom home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac street only a short 600 metre walk from beautiful Sandon Point beach and 5 minute walk to local cafes and supermarket. Our home has ample bedding for up to 10 people which makes it a perfect choice for families and friends looking for a relaxing getaway or even a couples coastal retreat. Our open plan home has raked ceilings and skylights throughout which creates a bright and airy feel in the main kitchen, living and dining area. The large kitchen hosts new appliances, including a large 900 oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. The main bathroom features a bath with skylight overhead, a large shower, double vanity and floor to ceiling tiles. The bedrooms are set up as follows: Bedroom 1/ Master: King Bed with WIR and ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: King single bunks with king single trundle Bedroom 4: King single bunks with king single trundle All bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning/heating. *Cot and queen blow up mattress also available upon request. Our fully fenced in front yard beautifully captures the morning sun. This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee on the deck while the kids play on the trampoline. Our child-friendly backyard boasts a large grassed area, equipped with ping pong table and dart board. You can cook up a feast on the BBQ or smoker while the kids are in the pool and enjoy dining on our outdoor setting. With no rear neighbours, you can take a stroll out the back gate which will lead you along the creek down to a large grassed area at the end of the street, perfect for a friendly game of cricket, or carry on across the park to the beach. We have plenty of space for parking. Guest access The entire home is available to enjoy apart from a portion of the garage. Other things to note All linen is provided, including bedding and towels.
