RV Site 0n Hobby Farm~Hot Tub

Experience the ambiance of a boutique resort as you escape to our beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained, private 5 acre property in the North Valley. You will be welcomed into a peaceful, desert oasis with luxurious amenities and find yourself immersed in a tranquil, serene setting surrounded by breathtaking views. Not only will you encounter warm hospitality from your hosts, but our farm animals will you give you a friendly welcome too! The space Our Full Hook-Up Rv Site (30 amp electric, water & sewer), immersed in a peaceful, desert oasis, is situated on our private, gated 5-acre estate and can accommodate RVs up to 32'' with a maximum of 2 adult guests. Along with nature and relaxation, you will experience the vibe of a boutique resort where you will have access to all of our patios, seating areas, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, horseshoe pit and deluxe bathroom. After a stunning sunset, our property comes to life at night and is beautifully set alight with extensive low-lit landscape lighting. In order to maintain our serene, ambient setting, we do not allow use of any other exterior lights or amplified sound (except flashlights). **NON-SMOKING adult guests ONLY (no exceptions). Guest access Guests willl have private use of RV Site outfitted with a bistro table & chairs along with shared acces to all common areas including: Covered Patios Seating Areas HotTub Outdoor Kitchen Horseshoe Pit Bean Bag Toss To ensure private use for all guests, the hot tub is on a sign-up basis in 45 minute time blocks: every hour on the hour for 45 minutes. The outdoor kitchen is on a sign up basis in 90 minute time blocks. Us of the outdoor kitchen is not availabe after 6:30 p.m. Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. All guests are welcome to join us during evening chores to interact with our fiendly animals. To avoid interruption to our animals' routine, we are not able to allow interaction at other times. Please do not disturb our animals by walking near the fenced pasture or talking to them across the yard. Other things to note We are an "Adults Only" NON-SMOKING Property. We currently are not allowing any visitors on the propery at anytime. We have a designated parking area for guest's vehicles away from the RV Site. No vehicles are allwed to drive in the back of the property (except to hitch & un-hitch). We do not allow use of exterior lights, including step light, porch lights, etc. Flashlights and low lit lanterns are allowed.
