Viati Villa

Originally built as a private vacation house, Viati is the perfect place for your intimate getaways with family and friends. It is a private 700sqm, 3 bedroom beach house. Here you have the luxury of enjoying your own private pool and lounging in a beautiful lanai area with the view of the villa’s lush garden and pool. The beach is just a few steps away from the villa. There's also a pawikan conservation center you can visit nearby and learn more about the wonders of the local sea turtles. The space This place is designed to provide a getaway from the usual daily grind— a place to relax and unwind. The villa has a total of 3 fully furnished stylish and air-conditioned bedroom. The first and second bedrooms are very spacious that they can fit up to 4 adults each, equipped with access to the garden/pool, and have a shared bathroom and toilet. The third bedroom can fit up to 3 adults with a private bathroom and toilet. There is actually a fourth (non air-conditioned) bedroom that is meant for drivers and helpers, furnished with bunk beds, a fan, and a private toilet and bathroom. The place has a dipping pool (with 4 outdoor showers), sprawling lanai (where you can wine and dine or enjoy a grill out), a spacious dining room, fully furnished kitchen (complete with a big kitchen island with breakfast nook, 3 burner stove, microwave, rice cooker, water heater, oven toaster, and basic cooking and eating utensils), and a large living room equipped with a flat screen TV. Guest access You may use the entire house except for one bedroom, which is reserved for family use. Other things to note Free high speed internet access is available.
