Beach Shack at Kingston is a newly renovated apartment situated on the second floor with unspoilt views. This unit can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the form of 4 adults (max) and 2 children (under 16 years) and comprises 2 stylishly furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modernly designed open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. 100% Percale Cotton linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Two SnooZA high-density foam mattresses provide additional sleeping for children or young adults with linen and towels provided. Simply unfold at night when in use, and fold back into an Ottoman by day. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The kitchen expands into the lounge area furnished with a comfy corner couch and a Smart TV to stream all your favourite platforms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The seating area outside makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a braai and sundowners after a long day on the beach. Guest access Access to the canals that are safe for swimming, parents are not to leave children unattended next to the canals. Safe and secure private parking. Other things to note Refundable Breakage Deposit: The breakage deposit of one night's rental is payable via EFT before check in and will be refunded within 7-10 working days of your departure. The Guest will be liable for all cost associated with reinstating the home to the original condition and any cost associated with the recovery of such additional monies. Cleaning/Service Fee: A R500 cleaning fee is payable on all stays shorter than 8 nights. Payable via EFT prior to check in.
