A house to rest with the family in the exclusive Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision, Morelos, Mexico. It has a heated pool. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and a closet. Large garden, terrace, internet, barbecue, jacuzzi and 9x4 meter pool. Capacity for 12 people, excellent for families with children. The space The house consists of: 1 separate bathroom for each bedroom (comfort for all guests) in total there are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. 3 bedrooms: All have 1 double bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds) The house layout consists of: living room, kitchen, 1 guest bathroom, dining room, jacuzzi and 9X4 meter pool with a small beach, large garden and parking for 2 cars. Guest access The house has parking for 2 cars and another 2 cars can be left on the street, in front of the house. Other things to note Once booked, it is essential to send a CURRENT OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION of each of the guests who will be staying in the accommodation. We offer guests the option to only pay for the actual gas consumption, so we leave the gas tank at 100% and check the consumption at check-out.
