Claudia and I beautiful wood tiny home is located on top of a hill in the up and coming " El Chorro " neighborhood , 800 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Punta del Este . the bedroom is 3mts×3mts making it the right size with an outdoor deck to relax on the hammock and 360° view . The kitchen has everything you need and the third bed located downstairs is super comfortable with high quality mattress and turns into a sofa during the day. The space Our tiny home is cozy with a renovated hotel like bathroom equipped with a tempered glass shower. IT IS A SMALL HOME AND WE HAVE A QUEEN BED UPSTAIRS AND A SINGLE BED IN THE LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN DOWNSTAIRS . OUR HOME IS IDEAL FOR COUPLES! Guest access Right outside the kitchen-living room, you have the covered deck with table and chairs to watch the sunrise or prepare your barbecued fish or meat cooked in the supplied wood burning grill. To stay at our place, a car is a must since we are 800 meters away from the beach and public transportation in the area is scarce! It is very important to take into account that the access to the bedroom is through a steep staircase, and when you reach the top, you have to take a side step (SEE PICTURES) as is the case, usually with tiny homes. Also, the bedroom deck upstairs has guardrails, but a kid could fall through the gaps, so our place is NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN , THE ELDERLY OR PERSONS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING!!! Other things to note The property is completely fenced in with a gate exclusively for our home, so you have total independence and parking for at least 2 cars behind the fence . This is a very safe neighborhood with a sense of community, and we have been here for 25 years, making us pioneers in the area. our neighbors love and respect us, and you will sense that during your stay! We have installed solar lights with motion sensors at the gate and all around the property. We have also security cameras with movement sensors and alarm.
