This room has just opened but I’m SUPER HOST last 5 YEARS in the same place. I’ll treat you same 300+ reviews other my rooms! Rooms in Tokyo must bother you with the noise next door. 1. No one living in next wall, so your privacy is guaranteed. 2. Private entrance. 3. It's not an apartment, you won't meet other people at the entrance or elevator. 4. You can stay like living in Tokyo. I prepared big refrigerator. I recommend here if you want a real airbnb experience in Tokyo! The space Seibu-Shinjuku Station, about 20 minutes away by express train, is located in Kabukicho and has good access to the Shinjuku area. Trains come frequently, taking 3 to 7 minutes! You can access everywhere connecting JR Yamate Line like Shibuya, Harajyuku, Akihabara and more… Trains come in as often as 3-7 minutes! ・Disney Land and Sea 70 minutes ・3 minutes on foot to convenience store. Dedicated entrance ・専用フルサイズバスルーム（Separete bathtub & shower on the first floor.） ・Full auto wash and dry washing machine with free laundry detergent ・Toilet is just in front of your room. ★ Kichijoji ( 4.9km near Ghibli museum) ★ 黒い温泉！ Black spa (8km also famous for Japanese noodle Soba, there are many nice good soba restaurants.) ★ Edo Tokyo open air architectural museum (4.1km in big greenery park called Koganei park) ★Jindaiji Onsen (8km) is 40 minutes by bicycle or bus. There are many soba shops in Shindaiji Temple, and you can enjoy black hot water hot springs and soba. (It's been a couple of hours, but guests have said it was a very good experience.)
