The cabin sits in a small community bordering US Forest & Lake Blue Ridge. Awesome spots on the lake to swim & watch the sunset. Minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, Vineyards, the Appalachian Trail, Lake Blue Ridge Marina, hiking, boat rentals & so much more. Enjoy spending time on the deck, in the private hot tub & enjoy the fire pit! The space Getting to the cabin is easy with all paved road access. Once you get there, you'll notice high speed fiber internet and great cell phone coverage. Now let's talk about the cabin which is all about indoor and outdoor living at it's best. Pulling into the driveway you will notice the small firepit area for a warm, cozy night where you can count the stars and listen to the cricket’s chirp. We provide you with wood and pieces of fire starter for your stay. 3-4 pieces of wood is usually more than enough for a great fire. As you are about to enter the cabin you will discover the porch. This lovely, covered wrap around porch has a bench by the front door, patio furniture and patio dining set with a gas grill. Tucked in the back corner for with a 2-sided privacy wall you will find the hot tub for you to relax in. Entering the cabin on the main floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room with leather reclining furniture and a smart TV, small alcove with a bunk bed big enough for two adults or children (each bed holds up to 250lbs), another smart TV and a full bathroom. Natural light comes in through the windows and skylights. The kitchen is well appointed for your meals, leathered granite countertops, and stainless appliances. All made beautiful by their modern sophisticated rustic design. As you walk up the stairs to the second floor, you'll see a desk/work nook. The master bedroom is flooded with natural light, offering great views from the furnished with a king size bed. The master bedroom has a large TV for you enjoyment and a modern, beautiful master bathroom. Right across the street is United States Forest Land, and you will likely see many deer during your stay. The lake community that Lake Cove Cottage is in, is very small and nice to walk around. We have 2 favorite spots to walk to view the lake, sit and enjoy the sunset and swim.
