Have a peaceful break, in this spacious and serene space. 5 Weeks is found in the Heart of peaceful Newlands. It is close to the lake, beach and boat ramp. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway or the family beach holiday. Paynesville and Bairnsdale are only a short drive away & there are plenty of other places to visit, such as Metung Hot Springs, local Wineries & Buchanan Caves. Note: Before booking, please consider, we do not have Wi-fi & there are three steps to access the home. The space 5 Weeks is a open plan, light filled home, with fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed and large walk through wardrobe. Second bedroom offers two single beds and the third bedroom, is a Den style room, situated at the end of the home. It too offers another queen size bed and an external sliding door out to a private deck and courtyard to the east of the home, which is lovely and shady on hot Summer afternoons. Beds are made up of fresh clean Linen and clean towels are also provided for guest to use during their stay. You will need to bring your own Beach Towels. The home also offers a large open, fully fenced backyard and plenty of native Eucalyptus and Banksia trees, which attracts many local native birds, including Rosella's, Lorikeets and Cockatoo's. The backyard also consists of a larger deck with Picnic table & BBQ, which is a perfect place for morning Breakfast and to enjoy the Sunshine throughout the day. The property does consist of three steps to access all the external doors. Washing machine and Dryer are available for you to use. Guest access The entire space is yours to use, while staying, however we do ask if you a booking for a smaller group, that you please use the beds necessary for the number of people, you have booked for Other things to note Newlands Arm, does not have a general store, however there is a lovely IGA at Paynesville, which is about a 10 minute drive from Newlands. We recommend Pub meals at, The Terminus Hotel and The Mitchell River Tavern in Bairnsdale. Sardine's in Paynesville do a beautiful meal, but you'll need to book. Two Spoons, in Bairnsdale is great for an Asian lunch. Staff are very warm and welcoming.
