House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you follow a few simple rules: * A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard. * No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home or on the patio. * Please respect our neighbors by ending patio use at 10:00 PM. * No large events or loud music are permitted. * Upon checkout, please take all garbage to the outdoor bin in the backyard. You will be asked to complete our independent verification process via email or text to finalize your booking. * Security Hold: A refundable security hold is required to complete your booking.
