Conveniently located a 10-minute walk to Okayama Station

It is in a great location within a 10-minute walk from Okayama Station and a 5-minute walk from Aeon Mall Okayama, the largest in West Japan. The Nishikawa River flows right next to it, making it a lush environment. Korakuen, a famous tourist destination in Okayama, is also within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area, where you can fully enjoy Okayama's food, such as Sawa sashimi, Shimotsui octopus, Nissho oysters, white peaches, and muscat. Shimojaki Park is a 1-minute walk away, and hosts many events such as the All Japan BMX Freestyle Championship, Uraraja Festival, Autumn Okayama Momotaro Festival, Okayama Gyoza Festival, and Flower Green Harmony Festival. In addition to Korakuen, there are the Hayashiya Museum, the Orient Museum, and the Okayama Prefectural Art Museum in Okayama City, and the Ohara Museum and the Bikan District in Kurashiki. The elevator and the hallway to the room are shared, but the room is a completely private space. The apartment has other residents. Please do not make loud noises or play music after 10 pm.
