Mobile home in the heart of a Normandy estate

We welcome you for short or long stays in the heart of a quiet, secure 15-hectare Normandy estate located in Marcilly-sur-Eure. The space Push the door and discover your home, Chez Achille, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of 3 bedrooms including a master suite and a warm living space, it will offer you a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. In the center of your accommodation, relax in a large comfortable sofa, eat around a friendly table and cook in a fully equipped and functional space. With your credentials, you have access to Netflix and Prime Video. For added convenience, a second shower room and toilet are at your disposal. Also, for peaceful nights, all of our rooms are equipped with roller shutters and quality bedding. Anxious to best adapt to your expectations, we have the possibility to modify one of the rooms with a dedicated teleworking space. A fully enclosed yard and terrace are at your disposal. You can enjoy a relaxing outdoor area halfway between the sun and the natural shade of the surrounding vegetation. For your convenience, towels are provided, beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For little ones, full baby equipment can be provided on request. On site and to complete the stay of young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and ping-pong tables are at your disposal. Not to mention the possibility, from APRIL to OCTOBER, to spend a good time in an indoor heated swimming pool as well as a fitness room and to relax on the mini-golf course. For nature lovers, we have large forest areas nearby. On foot, by bike or rollerblade, the Eure Valley Greenway offers a 28-kilometer country route between St Georges Motel and Breuilpont. 15 minutes from the National 12 and ideally located 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Rouen metropolitan area, the town of Marcilly-sur-Eure has local amenities such as bakery, hairdresser, FDJ tobacco bar, pharmacy, health professionals, Proxi or street vendors. It takes just 15 minutes to find the first supermarket. In 2025, a local Carrefour will be established in the town. For your outings, we are: 10 minutes from Château d'Anet 15 minutes from the Royal Chapel of Dreux 40 minutes from Thoiry Zoo 40 minutes from Maintenon Castle 50 mins to Giverny 50 minutes from Chartres Cathedral or La Tanière Zoo and Refuge ... and many other wonders to discover. We accept 1 dog during your stay and up to 20 kg. Dog bar and hygienic bags available on request. Parking for your car can be done on the plot thanks to a furnished and lit space provided for 2 vehicles. And to improve comfort during your summer stay, since summer 2024, an air conditioning system has been installed.
