Mobile home in the heart of a Normandy estate

We welcome you for short or long stays in the heart of a quiet, secure 15-hectare Normandy estate located in Marcilly-sur-Eure. The space Push the door and discover your place of residence, Chez Achille, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of 3 bedrooms including a master suite and a warm living space, it will be offered a complete experience whether for relaxation or work. In the center of your accommodation, relax in a vast comfortable sofa, rest around a friendly table and cook in a fully equipped and functional space. With your credentials, you have access to Netflix as well as Prime Video. For ease, a second shower room and toilet are at your disposal. Also, for serene nights, all of our bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters and quality bedding. Anxious to best adapt to your expectations, we have the option to modulate one of the rooms with a dedicated remote working space. You can use a fully enclosed lot and terrace. You can enjoy a relaxing exterior halfway between the sun and the natural shade of the surrounding vegetation. For your comfort, towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. For little ones, complete baby equipment can be provided on request. On site and to perfect the stay for young and old, a children's playground, tennis court, basketball and ping pong tables are at your disposal. Not to mention the possibility, from APRIL to OCTOBER, to have a good time in an indoor heated pool and fitness room and to relax on the mini golf course. For nature lovers, we benefit from large forest areas nearby. On foot, by bike or rollerblading, the Voie Verte de la Vallée de l 'Eure offers a 28-kilometer rural itinerary between St Georges Motel and Breuilpont. 15 minutes from the national road 12 and ideally located 1 hour from Paris, 1h15 from the Rouennaise metropolis, the municipality of Marcilly sur Eure has local services such as bakery, hairdresser, FDJ tobacco bar, pharmacy, health professionals, Proxi or street shops. Barely 15 minutes will take you to find the first large area. During 2025, a local Carrefour is established in the municipality. For your outings, we are at: 10 minutes from Château d 'Anet 15 mins from Chapelle Royale de Dreux 40 minutes from Thoiry Zoo 40 mins from Maintenon Castle 50 mins to Giverny 50 minutes from Chartres Cathedral or La Tanière Refuge Zoo ... and many other wonders to discover. We accept 1 dog during your stay and within the limit of 20 kg. Doggy bar and hygienic bags available on request. Parking your car can be done on the plot thanks to an equipped and illuminated space for 2 vehicles. And in order to improve comfort during your summer stay, since summer 2024, an air conditioning system has been installed.
