Lower unit of a 1950 home. 1 bedroom with queen bed and one bathroom. Front room Has a full bed . Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The space Lower unit of a 1950. Recently purchased, still working on improvements inside and out. But is clean and comfortable as is as well. As a health care provider, I do cater to travel medical providers. Quiet well behaved pets allowed. Ground level unit with rental above and could have guests in upper unit as well. Very large front room, 1 bedroom with queen bed and one bathroom, large front room with full bed as well as couch, large TV with WiFi streaming (no cable). The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space, but can see outside through the garage window. An outdoor bench /table is provided as well. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles. Good Yakima neighborhood. Guest access Lock box Other things to note Lower unit, shared driveway. 2 cars max. Noise travels through vents. You can at times hear upper guest. My goal is to rent to 1-2 guest and do have quiet hours. I don’t feel a huge issue but of course want all guest to be aware. Paper towels and toilet paper is supplied to get you started with your stay. It is not refilled or replenished during your stay that would be guest responsibility.
