The space Please note, there are quite a few stairs to negotiate. Access to the property is via an inclinator and then a set of stairs (height equivalent to approximately two floors) that lead onto a paved footpath and another small number of stairs. I am over 50 and my husband is over 60 and neither of us have any difficulty using it, maybe just a little out of breath coming back up, although if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult to navigate.
