Relax with stunning lake views at the foot of pendle hill. enjoy a drink on the lake side patio or spend the day fishing in one of 3 lakes. spend time with friends and family playing games or reading the books provided, watch a film on the 50in tv, enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with free coffee machine. snuggle in bed after a shower with Egyptian cotton towels and bedding. go for walks and vist great places to eat. Other things to note recently added is a stunning hand built row boat for your pleasure. please read the disclaimer before using. the boat will carry a maximum of 3 people of average weight at one time. anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. life jackets are provided in the lodge and must be used at all times. the boat must not be used under the influence of drugs and alcohol. life rings are postioned around the lake in case of emergency. it must only be used in fair weather and daylight. when not in use it must be tied up with both ropes. it must only be used by people in good health who are ablf to climb in and out of the boat. please take care when getting in and out as it will wobble and could shift. the boat has only to be used as a pleasure row boat, it is not designed for fishing as it may tip over. sensible footware must be used as the jetty and boat could be wet and slippy, things like high heals and loose fitting sandlals are not suitable. please note there is the chance you could get wet and dirty or even fall in if you do not follow these instructions. it is the responsibility of the person who booked the lodge to make sure all of their party understands the conditions of use. I would strongly advise it is used by at least 2 people as it can be tricky to line up and tie up at the same time. use of the boat is at your own risk. there are 2 baby cots available on request but you must provide your own bedding
