Our stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa is the perfect escape for up to 4 guests, promising a vacation of serenity and adventure on the enchanting island of St. Thomas. Guest access The Outdoor Oasis: Step through the sliding glass doors onto the wrap-around deck, and you'll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of St. John and The British Virgin Islands. This spacious outdoor haven is equipped with loungers where you can bask in the gentle Caribbean breeze, soak up the sun, and sip your morning coffee while taking in the majestic sunrise. It's also the perfect spot for enjoying evening cocktails and stargazing. Resort Amenities: Your stay includes access to an array of resort amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. You'll have the choice of not one, but three sparkling pools to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the tropical vibes. When hunger strikes, there are two on-site restaurants to choose from. The Sun and Sea Bar and Grill offer delectable island fare with a view. (This is closed until Oct 1st). If you need groceries or want to explore water sports, a convenient on-site store and water sports rental are at your fingertips. Other things to note Check out is at 11am & check in is at 4pm. We are not able to to offer late checkouts or early check ins due to quick turnaround times. Our cleaners are thorough and aim to provide out guests a 5 star experience. If you decide to rent the Jeep and it's available, we will coordinate to have it available for when you arrive. BEACHES- Check out sugar beach (on the property your own private small beach), If you want LIVELY BEACHES (my two favorites) go to Sapphire beach beach bar really cool place, ( a small drive) or Magens Bay beach (further drive) , And a quiet family beach would be Lindqvist beach (small drive) There is a beach in walking distance. A little bit of a walk. (Coki Beach. Very fun beach and very lively. You would walk down to the water and head towards Margaritaville. Its pass Margaritaville. RESTAURANTS- Duffy’s love shack Prime Steakhouse XO bistro, Tarpon‘s table, blue eleven The easterly Onsite restaurant is Sun and Sea Bar and Grill Please keep in mind the power and water outages is part of the Virgin Islands experience. These outages typically do not last longer than a few minutes but can last up to four hours or longer. The islands do not have the same power grid and water plans we experience on the mainland. The outages are part of the island experience. If you experience an outage over 4 hours, please contact us so we can get an update on when power and water will be restored.
