Our house is a newly renovated detached, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Newark on Trent. It is located just off the A1 and is a 7 minute drive to the town centre, including sights of Newark Castle and the Georgian market place. It is an 8 minute drive from Newark Show-ground. Our house has its own double drive way for off street parking. The house will be entirely yours for your stay. The space Our house is ideal for a couple or small group of friends/ family offering 1 double bedroom with an en-suite and 1 single bedroom with a family bathroom. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space with towels, bed linen, an iron and a hair dryer provided. Our house has free Wi-Fi and a small desk for working guests. Guest access The house will be entirely yours for the stay. Other things to note It is the perfect, modern home from home and comes fully equipped for longer stays with a washing machine, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The downstairs is open plan and the house has a small garden with a seating area to enjoy on those sunnier days. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. The local Sainsbury’s is a 3 minute walk and the closest pubs are a 5 minute walk. Newark is a market town and the market trades on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
