It is in the heart of the Haute-Somme Valley, in a charming village located between Péronne and Albert, that we offer our fully renovated and independent house. The surrounding ponds are the soul of this village. They offer a peaceful setting for fishing, hiking and bike rides with the possibility of getting to the Somme Bay thanks to the Somme Valley Véloroute. The space Here you’ll find: - A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and dishes) - A spacious living room with TV + high-speed Wi-Fi access - A bathroom (shower, sink, changing table, towels and bath mat) - A separate toilet - 4 well-appointed bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs) - A workspace with a desk - A play area for children The bedding is new. There are 6 beds: - A 160*200 cm bed - A 140*190 cm bed - Two 90*200 cm beds - A 90*200 cm bed + A landing bedroom with a 90*190 sofa bed + A standard baby crib The private garden (with its terrace and furniture) will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the sun. The house has a private courtyard and parking closed by an electric gate, where you can park your vehicle without worries.
