It is in the heart of the Haute-Somme Valley, in a charming village located between Péronne and Albert, that we offer our fully renovated and independent house. The surrounding ponds are the soul of this village. They offer a peaceful setting for fishing, hiking and bike rides with the possibility of getting to the Somme Bay thanks to the Somme Valley Véloroute. The space You will find: - A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery) - A spacious living room with TV + high-speed Wi-Fi access - A shower room (shower, washbasin, changing table, towels and bath mat) - A separate toilet - 4 well-appointed bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs) - A work area with a desk - A play area for children The bedding is new. There are 7 beds: - A 160*200 cm bed upstairs in a bedroom with an 80*190 cm bed - Two 90*200 cm beds upstairs in the second bedroom - 1 bed measuring 140*190 cm on the ground floor - A 90*200 cm bed on the ground floor + A 90*190 sofa bed on the landing The house can accommodate 2 babies in addition to the children. All the baby equipment is provided: 2 high chairs, a small bathtub, 1 cot, 1 travel cot with mattress, 1 changing table with changing mat, 1 baby potty and various utensils and toys for different ages. A playroom will delight your children. The private garden (with its terrace and furniture) will give you the opportunity to enjoy the sun. The house has a private courtyard and a car park closed by an electric gate, where you can park your vehicle without any worries. Your children and your pet will be able to play in the fully secure and enclosed garden Our house is ideally: - 10 minutes from Péronne and 15 minutes from Albert (towns with all amenities) - 5 minutes from the A1 motorway (Paris - Lille route) - 30 minutes from the A29 motorway (Amiens-Saint-Quentin route) - 15 minutes from the Haute-Picardie TGV station - 15 minutes from Albert TER train station Some examples of activities to do: - Stroll around the Péronne market on Saturday morning - Go hiking to the Belvédère de Frises or the Belvédère d'Éclusiers-Vaux - Bargain hunting at the Maison des Brocanteurs in Péronne - Visit the Château de Péronne with the Musée de l'Historial de la Grande Guerre - Reflect in silence by doing the Circuit du Souvenir All the activities will be mentioned in a book available at the cottage If you are a nature lover or a fan of heritage tourism, don't miss the opportunity to come and have a great time in our country house in the heart of the Haute-Somme lakes! Guest access You can access the house independently. You have a key box at your disposal, allowing you to arrive (from 4 pm) and leave the accommodation (before 11 am on the day of departure) at the time you wish. Other things to note - Non-smoking house (ashtrays are available outside) - Only 1 pet accepted after request and subject to conditions - the rooms will be prepared according to the number of people booking the cottage. - The cots are set up in the parents' room. If you would like a separate room for your baby/child, an additional booking is required. - the accommodation does not have a safety gate at the stairs. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. - the heating system is set to maintain a comfortable temperature in the accommodation. - a camera is installed only outside the accommodation for security and access protection purposes; it does not film any interior space or any private area, and its presence complies with the Airbnb rules in force
